Who operates Ovalk

Ovalk is operated by Kevin, based in Malaysia. Questions about this policy or your personal information can be sent to hello@ovalk.com.

Information processed by local tools

JSON formatting, CIDR calculation, Cron generation, encoding/decoding, JWT inspection, SHA/HMAC calculation, AES and RSA operations run in your browser. Inputs to these tools are not submitted to Ovalk's application server or intentionally included in analytics or ad requests by the tools. Input is held in page memory and is lost on reload; the copy buttons write to your device clipboard. Do not paste secrets or sensitive production data into any public, ad-supported page.

The dedicated encoding, JWT, SHA/HMAC, AES and RSA pages do not load our AdSense script. Messages, tokens and keys are not stored by these tools; private-key exports are unencrypted. Copying places data on your device clipboard, which is not cleared by the tools. Clearing a field is not guaranteed secure memory erasure. Use test data, not live credentials or production private keys. Browser extensions and hosting-injected scripts remain outside these tools' control.

Hosting and access data

Ovalk is hosted using Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP address, request time, browser or device information, and requested page. Cloudflare may also process performance measurements to operate and measure the site. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Advertising and cookies

Ovalk displays Google AdSense advertisements. Google and other advertising providers may collect or receive IP addresses, browser/device details and page activity using cookies, web beacons or similar technologies. These support ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Advertising cookies may use visits to this and other websites to personalise ads where permitted and with consent where required. Consent messages are provided through Google AdSense Privacy & messaging for applicable visitors. Your choices govern the advertising purposes and vendors shown in the message. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Ads are third-party content and do not imply an endorsement by Kevin or Ovalk.

Contact messages

If you email hello@ovalk.com, Ovalk uses your name, email address, and message only to respond to your question, feedback, or business request. Contact messages are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted unless a longer period is necessary to resolve an ongoing matter, protect security, or comply with a legal obligation.

The consent control appears here when Google’s consent service is available and EU-regulations consent applies to your visit. If it does not appear, your region may not require this message, or the service may be blocked or still loading. The other choices below remain available.

Processing locations and retention

Kevin operates Ovalk from Malaysia. Hosting, advertising and email providers may process information in other countries under their own service arrangements and privacy notices. The 12-month contact-message policy does not set the retention periods of Google’s or Cloudflare’s technical data; consult their notices linked above for those practices.

Your information requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with a message you sent to Ovalk. To make a request, email hello@ovalk.com from the address connected with the request. Your rights may vary depending on where you live.

Changes to this policy

Ovalk may update this policy when its services, advertising, or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page with its updated date.
